As the Managing Director of Cavallini Construction Limited, Mr. Bidemi Olobayo provides strategic, operational management plan which ensure successful project delivery. He leads a highly engaged, multi-disciplined team. Taking full responsibility for delivery of the construction phases, Maintains high safety standards, Delivering projects to programme, Manages and motivates our skilled team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Ground workers, Procurement Department, Quantity Surveyors, Town Planners, CAD Designers, Mechanical and Electrical Contract Managers and Project Co-ordinator, Engages and motivates the team to achieve process and programme improvements, Supports commercial teams with sub-contractors and other parties, Drives quality and process improvement, Ensures insurers, funders, Clients and Building Inspectors are fully satisfied, Identify future resource requirements and recruit appropriately.

He has a Masters Degree (MBA) in Construction Management from prestigious Imo State University, Owerri, 2011. He is a registered member of Council of registered builders of Nigeria (CORBON), also a registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB).

Mr Bidemi Olobayo has a total of 31 years experience in the Construction Industry. Prior to establishing his own company Cavallini Construction Limited in 2011, he worked for one of the leading construction companies in Nigeria, Godab Nigeria Limited between 1990 to 2014, right from his days in Kwara State Polytechnic. He has a Masters Degree in Business Management from prestigious Construction Ministry Superior School for Managers (CMSSM) Havana City, Cube between 2001 to 2003. He also has Higher Diploma in these courses Evaluation & Researches of Pavements, Maintenance and Conservation of Roads, and Buildings, Resistances of the Constructions Materials all from Polytechnic Superior Institute (José Antonio Echeverría), Havana City, Cuba between 1995 to 2003.

Mr Rodriguez Pupo has a total of 32 years experience in the Construction Industry. Prior to joining Cavallini Construction Limited in 2012, he worked for a couple of companies including: Site Engineer/ Project Manager (EMMC Construction Company, Cuba) 1989 - 2000, Technical Manager/Consultant & Project Manager(National Enterprise of Applied Researches, Cuba), (ENIA) 2000 - 2006, Project Manager (Tangent Construction Company Nig. Ltd), 2006 - 2010, Director of Borwa Engineering Services Ltd, 2010 - 2012. Below are some of the projects he worked on and his role in the projects:

1. Project Manager (Construction of two six floor Shopping Mall Complex, with underground car park and other facilities at Wuse II and 11 floor Building, Nisa Premier Hospital at Maitama, three four floor building apartments at APO, Durumi, all of them in Abuja, then Construction of 15 km of road at Ore, Okitipupa, Benin State, Nigeria, 2012-2018

2. Director (Construction of Auditorium, Nigeria Airforce Conference Centre) at Kado, Abuja, 2010-2012

3. Project Manager (Construction of Advanced Kwara Diagnostic Centre, Construction of Laboratory Block for the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Goshen City College Dinning Hall, NCC Office at Ilorin City, Construction of Chicken Republic outlets for food Concepts (12 nos) at Abuja, FCT), whole included the external Work and Car Park, Kwara State & Abuja FCT, Nigeria, 2006-2010.

Project Manager: Quality Control (part of the project programme) with one Hospital, 20 Houses, two market, Conditioning and renovation of three 5 floors building with 20 rooms; a new Theatre; a Business Centre, included two stores and department renovation (Laundromat, barber shop, drug store, one clinic, a bakery, post office and a library). Havana City, Cuba (2003-2006).

5. Technical Manager/ Consultant, (Managing, advertisement and head execution) for the construction of an International University with 80 Building (conditioning of 6 floors Building with 24 rooms each one, with a cover area of 990,000m²); including Conference room; Kitchen, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, etc. Havana, Cuba, 2000-2003.

6. Project Manager: for checking, inspect and supervising more than 55 km of Speed-way (included Earth Works, blasting, checking of pavements and assembly of eight bridges and drainages); 125 km of Urban Roads maintenances (included 200 houses for the Citizen, a 6000 m2 Dam, and 8 Km water Pipe installation of water supply), Santiago de Cuba City, Cuba, 1996-2000

7. Site Engineer: For the execution (reparation, appliance and conditioning) of 12 floors Building with 180 rooms (2200 m2 included an organization work Project, budget, supervising, and Quality Control); for the XI Pan-American Games Celebrations Havana 91, Construction of 150 unit of low-cost house, repair and maintenances of 23 building for different institution and the execution of 42 km of high way. Santiago, Cuba. 1989-1996.

Mr Diaz Garcel has a total of 13 years experience in the Construction Industry. Prior to joining Cavallini Construction Limited in 2012, he worked for a couple of companies including: Project Manager: JUBA Construction Company, Nigeria. 2015 - 2016, Project Manager: DINVAI Ministry of Construction, Havana, Cuba. 2014 - 2015, Technical Supervisor: BOUYGUES Batimet International, Havana, Cuba. 2013 - 2014. Technical Manager/Consultant: QUALITY S.A, Havana, Cuba. 2012 - 2013. Site Engineer: ECI No3 Construction Company, Holguin, Cuba. 2008 - 2012.
